Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery, always.


That said, in rare cases of damaged deliveries, we’ve got you covered.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits. This is mandatory proof for any return/refund request.

  • In addition, clear photos/videos of the damage or incorrect product must be shared.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.


2. Return Process

  • Email us at hello@aatmajewellers.com or DM us on Instagram within 2 days of delivery.

  • Share the unboxing video and supporting photos/videos for verification.

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on the return steps.

  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will initiate your refund.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned product in its original condition with packaging.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without an unboxing video.

  • Used items or products without original packaging.

  • Products returned without informing us in advance.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Important: Without an unboxing video, return/refund claims will not be considered.
